answer: Only use warm water (up to 40 degrees) with a little washing-up liquid added to wipe down your blind while it is still in position. Allow to dry naturally before rolling up.
Do not have it drycleaned or machine washed.

When you send us an image in whatever form, you are confirming your right to use the image and that you are giving us an instruction to print the image and incorporate it into a product. We will not accept responsibility for using the image if you are shown not to be the copyright holder or do not have their permission. You automatically have the copyright to any photograph you take or drawing you create. Although certain exceptions may apply. If in doubt, ask.

If the material on which your image appears or is recorded as lost or damaged whilts in our hands (not including during delivery to or from us). Our liability is limited to replacement of the material only and not the image itself.

All printing and making up of our products is undertaken in the UK. We support British Industry.

All of the prices shown on the size/cost chart includes delivery to England and Wales. Delivery to Scotland, Northern Ireland and elsewhere in the World may incur additional cost. You will be asked to confirm your acceptance of these before we commence production.

These should be electronic images on as tif's, jpeg's, eps or prints, transparencies, negative or artwork no larger than A4. They should be sent in adequately padded and secure packaging to ensure that they arrive safely.

All electronic images will be deleted three days after despatch of your order and all hard copy originals will be returned to you, either with the product or if too large, by 1st class post.
